- Presents all the data needed for a customer in one single request.
- Presents default data (in read mode) to the call center representative.
- When customers ID is thoroughly established and the call center representative’s ID is validated, data update capability.
- When data is modified, a ‘must be written’ comment to be imposed which can be reviewed by the call center supervisor.
